Our Class Styles
Power Vinyasa
A style of yoga that combines Ashtanga (strength-building) with the flow of Vinyasa (flexibility). It's designed to build strength and endurance through challenging positions that invite you to flow breath-to-movement or hold for longer. Power Vinyasa is meditative in nature, calming the mind and nervous system, even though you're moving.

This class is appropriate for all levels of experience!
Yoga Sculpt
A unique integration of Power Vinyasa yoga and the use of free weights focusing on arms, core, legs and/or glutes. Sculpt is designed to help build endurance and strength all while practicing the core principles of traditional yoga..

Although challenging, this class is appropriate for all levels of experience!
Traditional Hot Yoga
A set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Rather than flowing breath-to-movement, most hot yoga poses are held between 30-60 seconds. Practicing yoga in a heated environment (105° F) allows students to get deeper into postures, improve circulation, and aid in detoxifying the body.
